Weekly Gratitude #26

This week, I am thankful to be settling.

No more packing, no more waiting, no more living on the brink of a big change.

I’m thankful that, although we have not yet unpacked everything, we have moved in and now we can move on. We can get on with our year. We can get on with planning summer vacation, spending lazy days at the pool, celebrating milestones and holidays with friends and family. We can get on with planning a very special 3rd birthday party, preparing for the first day of school, and readying our hearts for a new little one to love.

I’m thankful this week to go back to the normal.

And I’m starting the normal with this weekend.
